Beyond the Checkbox: How to Measure What Actually Matters
with Sarah Moore Sherry & Elizabeth Hirschl of Beyond Data
join us for this special lunch and learn workshop for our PNODN community

About this Event & What You'll learn:
Ever feel like traditional data collection strips the soul right out of your organizational culture work? You aren't alone. For many leaders and OD practitioners, measuring the most critical organizational outcomes is incredibly challenging because the ideas themselves—like alignment, trust, and systemic impact—are deeply conceptual, complex, and subjective.
Break away for an engaging, high-value afternoon workshop designed specifically to bridge the gap between abstract human systems and robust evidence.
Facilitated by the principals of Beyond Data Sarah Moore Sherry and Elizabeth Hirschl, this 90-minute lunch-hour session moves past the "bureaucrat's checklist" approach to data. Instead, you'll discover a framework that respects your organization's unique context, values, and complexity while building an authentic picture of impact.
