Join us for a virtual, one-hour, facilitated conversation focused on the real, in-practice work of creating conditions for productive tension, challenge, and learning. This session moves beyond theory to examine what actually happens when conversations get difficult.
Together, we’ll reflect on the conversations we avoided, the brave spaces we attempted to create, and what those experiences reveal about power, presence, and practice in organizational life.
Discussion Facilitator:
Dr. Dauv Evans, CEO of The Gallus Collective, helps teams and leaders thrive by creating brave, inclusive workplaces. A Gallup-certified Strengths Coach with a PhD and MBA, he brings 15+ years of experience in leadership, culture, and personal growth. Today, he’ll share insights in his presentation, The Multi-Generational Mosaic: Cultivating Brave Spaces in All Workplaces.
Conversation, not presentations. These sessions are centered on dialogue and shared inquiry rather than slides, panels, or prepared talks
Inclusive and accessible. Open to members and nonmembers alike; no specific role, title, or OD background required.
Curiosity over certainty. Participants are encouraged to ask thoughtful questions, explore multiple perspectives, and sit with complexity.
Lived experience welcomed. Insights come from the room—your stories, reflections, and real-world practice are the curriculum.
A non-promotional space. We prioritize inquiry and shared sense-making over agenda-driven promotion.
