The Organization Development Network of Oregon and its affiliated program, the Community Consulting Project, present Lessons from the Field. Oregon's ODN Chapter is home to CCP, providing OD consulting to local nonprofits using teams of volunteers from the Oregon ODN network. Join us to learn the work CCP does, highlighting three recent community consulting projects. Team members will present their project, the OD strategies and tools used, challenges, and outcomes.

About Your Facilitators
Alisa Blum, Judy Sugg, and Sarah Budd were the Lead and/or Senior Consultant who guided their respective teams and ensured that the client received a quality consulting service. These leaders were recruited directly by the Core Team from our chapter professionals or from successful consulting team members who qualify for this role. They have significant consulting experience and command credibility with clients as well as volunteer consultants. Alisa Blum, Judy Sugg, and Sarah Budd were responsible for the overall quality of the project, our mission of community service, and for providing a basis of team and individual learning around consultancy skills. They all took an active role in meeting with the team, and staying in touch with the client.
