Join us on September 12th from 4-5 PM PT for an partnership event with Triangle ODN of North Carolina.

We think belonging is this big, heady concept that requires an expensive, organization-wide transformation initiative. Not so! Every employee can build belonging right now wherever they sit in an organization because the energy of belonging is built or destroyed one human interaction at a time.

Go beyond the limited “what” and “why” of most belonging-related programs and dive into the “how” with actionable, research-based ideas for building belonging that you and your employees can implement tomorrow. Harness the power you generate from feeling connected to, respected, and protected by your peers and leaders. The program and ideas are based on Wendy’s model and #1 bestselling book, The Energy of Belonging© and her research identifying specific behaviors that build belonging in organizations.

In this fun, interactive program, Wendy Gates Corbett, CPTD, brings belonging out of our heads and into our hands by equipping us with (at least) 9 practices we can use to generate the energy of belonging. She’ll share insights from her research and real-world stories from her work with organizations. You’ll learn practices you can use tomorrow to deepen connections, recognize brilliance, and convey to others they are welcome and included.
