Emotional Intelligence in Organization Development
Tomi White Bryan
This training will be conducted live via Zoom.
Tomi’s lifelong search for emotional well-being culminated in the release of Emotional Intelligence 3.0: How to Stop Playing Small in a Really Big Universe in September. This book offers a new model of Emotional Intelligence that focuses on emotional well-being.
The model’s application is broad and can be used to increase individual and organizational EQ. In this session, Tomi shares the organizational tools of the model and how to use those for creating healthier organizations. Some of these tools in the form of activities and worksheets will be used during the session to reinforce and deepen understanding.
Learning Objectives
In this session, participants will learn:
1. Participants will be able to explain the differences between the adapted identity of an organization and its true nature (where it is its most engaging and profitable).
2. Participants will be able to explain the impact those differences have on the organization and its people.
3. Participants will be able to identify the tools for moving toward true nature and learn how to use the specific tool of values.
