OD Workshop Series - Why We Work: Finding your Path to Passionate Practice
Faith Addicott
This training will be conducted live via Zoom. The zoom meeting details will be sent out prior to the training.
Work and life are not separate, discrete things. Whether we are at home or in an office, at a work site or a grocery store shopping for dinner, we are always the same people. Who we are is intricately tied to how we show up for our work, our practice and our progress.
Join Faith as we explore some of her journey to OD - some of the ideas and practitioners (Peter Block, David Cooperrider) who have inspired the trail of ideas that led one to another until she arrived at a happy and successful independent practice. In this experiential session we'll ask each participant to explore their own journey, name some of their milestones, and identify the strengths and passions that make them great at what they do.
Learning Objectives:
1. Identify strengths and skills that lead to positive practice.
2. Learn how to choose and apply skills from our collective journeys to move forward.
3. Understand how to continue to grow towards a best possible future for your work.
