Whether you are a professional Organizational Development practitioner, or play that role for your organization, we are all called to help facilitate change in organizations. Every work effort is a change effort, and each project or task requires a specific approach. YOU are there for a reason. YOU may not have all the answers, but you have been called to facilitate the work. So how do we do this? What establishes us as having credibility to undertake such endeavors? Come and learn together the practices, styles, and methods that make YOU the modality by which changes will come about in organizations.

By the end of this program, you'll be able to:

• Understand the value that you bring to an organization through quantifying your credibility.
  
• Identify three ways that you bring value to organizations.
• Understand how combining your experience, knowledge, and techniques creates a more effective change processes.
