Systems Thinking for a Better World
Peter Senge
Special ODN Lifetime Achievement Award Presenter
Live via zoom meeting.
In the past I have pondered, “how do we create the conditions for people to work together at their best, cultivating the innate systems intelligence that is our birthright but is all but lost in modern culture?” Part of the answer for me is to build the capacity to learn as an organization and gain greater awareness of the whole, then the ability to fully utilize systems thinking.
Come join me in an exploration of systems thinking and its implications on business strategy for organizations and society.
In this interactive presentation you will learn:
- What is systems thinking
- How does systems thinking change how organizations get things done
- How to build a business strategy utilizing systems thinking
