Sarah Lightfoot, M.A. partners with leaders of business, government, and social enterprise to elevate organizational performance. She specializes in strategic planning, team development and training, and nonprofit leadership design. Her design, facilitation and coaching approach combines participatory values with nonprofit expertise. She first trained in collaborative strategies and values as a community and tenant organizer in Washington State and California.
