About Your Presenters
Fred Miller is CEO of The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc.— one of Consulting magazine’s “Seven Small Jewels”—Fred specializes in developing workforce strategies that accelerate results to deliver higher organizational performance.
Fred has been named one of the 40 Pioneers of Diversity by Profiles in Diversity Journal and is a recipient of the Forum on Workplace Inclusion's Winds of Change award. He was also awarded an honorary Doctorate in Humane Letters from The Sage Colleges. Fred is the co-author of four books including one of the first books on inclusion titled The Inclusion Breakthrough: Unleashing the Real Power of Diversity published in 2002 and most recently Safe Enough to Soar. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of Ben & Jerry’s Homemade, Inc. and is the only person who has served on the boards of the three primary OD and training professional organizations— the OD Network, National Training Lab (NTL), and Association of Talent Development (ATD). He currently serves on the board of Day & Zimmermann, a $3 billion company.
