Bill will share his professional journey that led him to adopt these two important disciplines to help him address the social and technical aspects of organizational performance improvement. Bill will share his insights on the differences and similarities of Lean Six Sigma and Organization Development and give examples of how he has integrated Lean Six Sigma and Organization Development in his consulting and coaching practice.
The integration of LSS and OD has led to the emergence of a different way of thinking about coaching and consulting. He will introduce the concept of systemic coaching and consulting as a new way to think about a future approach to delivering value to organizations in our roles of coaches and consultants. How might a systemic approach disrupt our current thinking and practice? What might be required of coaches and consultants in the future? How might this impact our continuing education? These and many other questions abound when we explore the implications of Systemic Coaching and Consulting.

About Your Presenter
Bill Braswell has more than 30 years of progressively responsible experience in complex roles requiring exceptional project coordination and problem solving skills. He has worked with companies from a wide range of industries including IT, specialty chemical, non profit, manufacturing, insurance, higher education and healthcare in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
Bill has a passion for developing leaders and their teams at all levels from executives to the frontline. He uses the integration of Continuous Improvement methods and Organization Development methods to help leaders address their business situations. Bill strives for measurable impact in both the business processes and people processes that support the business.
