In this interactive session, you will:
Learn easy-to-implement techniques for engagement and productivity in Zoom meetings.
Understand how meetings can create more security even in the midst of uncertainty.
Understand how a “facilitative leadership mindset” creates an environment of positive adaptation during challenging times.
About Your Instructors
Eileen Pippins, M.A. helps organizations thrive through change. She is a Learning Organizational Development (LD/OD) Specialist who works with non-profit, city and county agencies, government, and affinity groups in higher education. She is an adjunct professor of Communication Studies, focusing on interpersonal dynamics and intercultural communication in the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Area.
Sarah Lightfoot, M.A. helps inclusive business leaders create high-performing teams and organizations through participation. She specializes in creating organizational momentum through connected, dynamic, and outcomes-focused virtual meetings, and clarity of goals, roles, and well-designed business processes and structures.
