Hey Eastsiders! A Mini-Practicum Dinner with Janet Andrews, Philip Heller, David Wigglesworth, and Grace Wang.
Come join us for a Mini-Practicum. Our intention is to create a safe and courageous space for peers to share current situations confidentially in support of each other’s continued growth and development. We have been meeting every two months for the past year. We are most interested in learning with colleagues who are working in a development capacity (at a systems, team, or coaching level, internal or external), with a shared value for learning in relationship and who bring a facilitative mindset that balances our roles of coach, consultant, mentor, and colleague in conversation.
Our focus is on: What are the situations or events that matter most to me right now? What stirs me these days?* Our process will be to follow best-practice group development and mutual coaching via strength-based feedback, inquiry, reflection and advice. Our “here and now” confidential conversations are a rare opportunity for us to learn from each other.
