Helping Leaders Navigate the Transition Zone

How can you help your clients be ready to take on the next level of responsibility and complexity?  Ann Kruse, an Executive Coach, will introduce us to Stage Development Theory, which can help us understand what’s going on inside leaders as they tackle new levels of complexity and change.

We will focus on a particular aspect of personal growth: the Transition Zone. When you are in the Transition Zone, you are in between two states. You can help your client best when you understand the two states and when you understand how transition zones work.

In this highly interactive workshop you will learn

    • Stage Development Theory, the foundation for understanding the dynamics of the Transition Zone.
    • How to recognize when a client is in the Transition Zone.
    • Six ways to help your client navigate the Transition Zone.
      About Your Presenter
