"The No-Fault Zone Game: a visual tool for emotional understanding."
Western culture does little to help prepare us to talk about emotions. Without a culture of emotional language, how do we develop emotional intelligence? Sura Hart has developed a tool that bootstraps emotional language by utilizing out visual intelligence. While the tool was developed primarily to assist in conflict resolution, it opens a whole realm of emotionally informed communication wherein connecting to the deeper human needs brings a vulnerability and vitality to our work.
Sura Hart is a certified trainer with the international Center for Nonviolent Communication and worldwide leader in the incorporation of the proven process of Nonviolent Communication in school communities. She offers No-Fault Zone® workshops and trainings throughout the world—in the U.S., Canada, Europe,Central America, Australia, and China.
