Leadership Development Practices: Effective strategies for cross cultural and multi-generational groups with Vicki Stasch, M.S

For organizations to manage continuous change and a multi- generational and culturally diverse workforce they need competent, skilled leaders. As OD consultants we can assist clients in developing effective strategies and programs to develop future leaders. These strategies are presented against a backdrop of case studies that have been used with cross cultural and multi-generation groups. Core concepts to be explored are: common elements for effective leadership development, how external practitioners can work collaboratively with clients to create leadership development programs relevant to their industry, and how to identify strategies to incorporate in leadership development programs.  This presentation will focus on three leadership development case studies: a small company, municipal government and a Chamber of Commerce based Community Leadership program.
