OD Facilitation from the Inside Out:  A Personal Exploration with Nina Simonds, PCC, ORSCC

Back by popular demand, internationally-recognized team coach Nina Simonds will facilitate a dynamic evening of conversation and exercises about bringing more of yourself to your work with clients.   Using a combination of dialogue, games and exercises, Nina will lead us through an exploration of how we show up as OD facilitators and consultants.   Attendees will learn about themselves as well as gain new insight into how our own perspectives, strengths and learning shape our work with clients.  Interactive exercises and conversation will foster learning and provide a venue for creating new self-awareness while tapping into the collective wisdom of what it takes to be an effective and impactful OD professional.  Don't miss out on this fun and interactive event!
