Appreciative Inquiry Workshop: Tools for Transformative, Sustainable Change

Series 1 - Mastering the Art of the Question

Appreciative Inquiry is a powerful tool for those of us seeking to facilitate the process of change in ways that are profound, innovative and inspirational.  The methodology has withstood the test of time, because it's simple, scalable and deeply inspirational which makes it applicable to a broad spectrum of organizations and situations.  Yet "the devil is in the details"  and mastery of the methodology takes time and experience and often practitioners new to the methodology struggle to integrate it successfully into their work.  It is often because by using AI we as practitioners are also transformed, helping us see the world with new eyes, inspiring us and bringing hope back into our practices, yet it requires also letting go of mindsets that may hold us back.

Join us for this first series of action-learning workshops to gain mastery of the core principles of AI,  while working collaboratively with your peers in the field to develop a community of support to take with you as you integrate AI into your own work.   Together we will explore what social change leaders are needing to transform their own work, while learning core new skills for our own practices.  This three part workshop is challenging, fun and deeply nourishing for those committed to their own learning journey and seeking mastery of a powerful change tool. Based on levels of interest, further workshops may be held to continue to deepen your practice.
